• Illegal, flammable, corrosive, organic, biological, chemical, odorous, noxious or dangerous materials.
• Customers may not generate, release, store, or dispose of in or around the space any hazardous waste or toxic substances.
• Customers may not operate any business, produce any goods or provide any services in the space or at the storage facility.
• Customers may not store food and grains and must immediately dispose of all trash, rubbish and refuse.
• No human may inhabit, and no animal may be kept in the space.
